A West Coast Pilsner at 5.2% abv that serves as a showcase for our fabulous raw ingredients. It’s the ultimate summer refreshment – satisfyingly crisp with delicious tropical fruit notes and a dash of apricot.Cornwall’s soft spring water is perfect for this beer style, and ours is met with Cornish Maris Otter barley, Bavarian lager yeast, and an array of exquisite hops. German Hallertau Hersbrucker and Hüll Melon hops are used for bittering, with American Citra and El Dorado combining to deliver a tantalising aroma.
