Brewed in the style of a classic saison, but hopped exclusively with the Mandarina Bavaria hop.The Mandarina hop combines with tartness from the saison yeast to give the beer a pleasant and refreshing citrus flavours. The beer has firm aromas of tangerine from the hops and fruity esters from fermentation, while the body is soft with mild bitterness and a slightly spicy finish.MALTS: Pilsner and Wheat.HOPS: Mandarina Bavaria.APPEARANCE: Straw gold.AROMA: Citrus.
