Fed-up with the monks getting all the credit, the Trappistine nuns are coming back swinging with this heavy-hitting Belgian Tripel. Brewed according to the traditional Trappist style, yeast-driven banana and orange esters and sweet malt are the dominating flavors in this ale. Subtle notes of hop spiciness and a honey-like sweetness are present on the medium-dry, slightly boozy finish.
