Barrel-Aged Batch 1000: Bourbon Single Barrel

One of the oldest beer styles known to man, the is a distinct English-style barley wine. This sweet and malty barley wine tastes old-timey. Our team wanted to do something special for our 1,000th batch coming out of the Iowa City brewery. The liquid rested for two months, then slept in a single bourbon barrel for a barrel-aged finish.
