This HomeGrown Ballard beer would not be possible without the help of Mat, our brewhouse boiler technician, & his brave attempts at babysitting our beast of a boiler while brewing this beer. It’s smooth 6.5% sipper with some funky Southern Hemisphere hops (UI 108, Vic’s Secret, Motueka, Taiheke) and a gentle backbone to boot. Thanks, Mat!
