Initially from the appearance you'd think this was a straight-up New England style with its thick attractive haze and well-formed head. When you delve into the aroma you're met with rich/ripe tropical and stone fruits but there's layers of citrus as well. When warm there's almost a porridge character underlying the layers of hops. From the first sip, you'll notice how dry this beer is and how the bitterness is upfront but not overpowering. The bitterness carries a resin character that reminds you of the classic West Coasts we used to love and worship. In summary a beautiful looking Hazy with big upfront hops and a backbone that is clearly of West Coast influence.
