A very limited release of our single-foeder mixed fermentation series, this version is fermented a second time in white wine barrels first with dried blueberries and then again with a load of fresh blueberries. Fruit flavor is intense and complex backed the signature days of being wild character - beatifully balancing acidity, funk and fruitiness.
