Pedestal (Riwaka)

Описание

Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This particular version sees us use the hop Riwaka from New Zealand. It's a hop we've been looking to get our hands on for a very long time, but due to limited acreage and high demand, it rarely made its way to North America. We are delighted to be able to get our hands on this hop and it will be featured in numerous beers over the coming months.Notes of bold passion fruit, grapefruit, guava tropical fruit. Very yum
