ManGO With the Flow

The twin to our first fruited sour with raspberry, it was time for something new! As the name hints this one received a dose of fresh mango to add some fruit flavour to a neutral base of pilsner malt and wheat. Interestingly also notes of passionfruits. Perhaps a fermentation by-product of the mango and a special hybrid yeast which also acidified the beer to a fresh tart level. Enjoy!
