…Is A Virtue is the follow up to Patience, our Imperial Stout collaboration with Ruse Brewing. We aged a portion of the original unflavored base beer in Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrels that previously aged maple syrup. The stout aged for 2 years before it was embellished with 3 different types of vanilla beans, toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and a light touch of maple syrup.
