Oats are famous in the beer world for adding a silky, rich mouthfeel, making them the perfect addition to our stout recipe. Malted oats make up around 20% of the grist bill for this beer, which also has the unique distinction of having been fermented with our legacy strain of Smithwick’s yeast.
