This traditional German brown lager is crisp and light but also has a nice bready malt backbone.Our head brewer, Ryan, called in his friend, Eric Ross, for help making this very traditional lager. Eric is an award winning lager master, head brewer at Gananoque Brewing Company and also just a super swell gentleman.
