English Porter, 16° Plato, 5.5% ABV. Většina moderních porterů je dnes temně černá a hraničí s lehkým stoutem, proto jsme se tento rok rozhodli jít jinou cestou. Podzim 2022 je o něco hutnější verze klasického anglického brown porteru. Řekněme večerní latté v půllitru – jemně nasycené, mimořádně komplexní, podmanivě jemné a plné karamelu, kakaa a krémové kávy.Most of the modern porters you meet these days are pitch-black, borderline stouts. This autumn, we wanted to go a different way. Podzim is a more robust version of an old-school English brown porter. Let’s say an evening latte in a pint – lightly carbonated, highly complex, tantalizingly smooth and full of toffee, cocoa and creamy coffee. This is the porter experience we owe to ourselves as it’s been years since we’ve drunk a beer like this. Enjoyed best at a stormy evening or from a cask in your favourite craft beer bar.
