Brewing 101

In collaboration with Smiths Craft Beer house we had a bunch of brewers both experienced and not turn up to learn some of the tips and tricks of professional brewing and how we do things here at Altitude. This hazy IPA pours a dark straw colour and is a Nelson, Wai-iti and Kohatu fuelled hop salad that bursts with tropical fruit and orange citrus blossom. A thick full mouthfeel and generous length finish the experience.
