Falling Heads, Cabernet Sauvignon wild ale,is part of our Bihor Terroir series. It is spontaneously fermented only with wild yeasts from our area, Bihor county in the north west of Romania. The beer fermented on the Cabernet Sauvignon provided by Podgoria 210, a local winery. So you might consider it a collaboration between Addictive Brewing and a local winery. The colour is given only by the grape skins. Suited for ageing. We've brewed this to celebrate a new local band, Falling Heads - go check'em!
