Made from 100% traditional Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy.Extra-dry farmhouse style cidre with a rustic but frank nose. Hand-crafted recipe inherited from the cidre served at the Château de Sassy. Best enjoyed accompanied with strong meat, charcuterie and cheese.
