We brewed this hoppy pils with Weyermann's Bohemian Pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Carafoam before hopping with Smaragd and Hallertau Mittelfruh on the hot side, followed by a light dry hop with Smaragd & Spalter Select. The end result is both insanely quaffable and delightfully complex, with notes of thyme, hay, bread dough, and a hint of cedar, all wrapped in a slightly more robust body than our other pilsner offerings. With summer now officially underway, this spectacularly refreshing beer couldn't have arrived at a better time.
