Citra/SimcoeRemember we hinted that Hazy Pale V6 had a sibling, well here it is!Inspired by traditional brewing techniques we decided to over fill this releases Hazy Pale, pitch a true top-fermenting yeast and pipe it into the the DIPA next to it.This allowed active, healthy yeast to be pushed from one tank into the other and something that our head brewer Mike has been wanting to try for a while. What better time than during lockdown?This is a tin only exclusive so don't expect to see this on draught.
