This beer nods to the Achouffe Brewery in Belgium who is famous for their gnome mascot. The word "achouffe" in fact means "gnome" in French. Pleasant fruit notes of apple and citrus, hints of spicy cloves, and earthy dry hops define this complex, flavorful yet extremely drinkable beer.
