Introducing Unbarreled V2, where we’ve infused a 15.5% imperial stout with the rich flavour of a freshly emptied and deconstructed 36-year-old ex-bourbon Lowlands grain whisky barrel.By dismantling the cask and shaving inner layers from the staves before soaking them in the beer, we’ve incorporated intense, layered flavours of oak, vanilla, toffee and natural barrel character that melds beautifully with the complex chocolate malt aromas of our full-bodied stout.
