Topaz Amarillo IPA

We're big fans of providing a platform to let some of our favorite hops shine. In this case, that means a simple IPA malt base, dry-hopped generously with Pacific Northwest Amarillo and Australian Topaz hops. Those two contribute tons of citrusy, grassy aromas, with a touch of fresh cut grass in the background. The bitterness is balanced, allowing the aromatics to be the star of the show.
