Gose brewed with kombu seaweed and sea buckthorn. Selkies & Merrows is brewed with a base of wheat and pilsner malt, giving a breast malt character. The beer was infused with kombu seaweed from Mungo Murphy's in Connemara and sea salt, adding a layer of umami to the flavour profile. This distinctly Galway Gose displays a light sourness, with the sea salt and seaweed giving a fuller and mouth watering finish. The sea buckthorn adds another layer of complexity, bringing more bright tartness and a citrus note to the beer.
