Something Good is a new rotating IPA series where we explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good... We plan to release one Something Good every month this year.For the second iteration of our Something Good Series, we used 100% Harlequin hops - a newer UK variety from our friends at Charles Faram. Using the DEYA house IPA style we used Harlequin in the same manner we would do a big US variety. Something Good 2 is soft, balanced and delicious with strawberry, dank and freshly cut grass on the nose. Different but cool!
