Dating back to ancient Japan and the Toyomidori family, Azacca The Wise is in many ways an outlier. Generous, hard working and known as a crafty trickster. Here, Azacca is classified as a bittering hop, but out brewers have used it late in the brewing process delivering a vibrant aroma of tropical fruits and citrus while offering your palate hints of mango, pineapple and tangerine.
