“Thick Hi-C Goo” is an Unfiltered smoothie-style Berliner Weisse brewed with an enormous amount of tangerine, papaya, lulo, and passionfruit. Tart and juicy, we conditioned this “goo” on milk sugar, rich Madagascar vanilla beans, tangerine zest, orange blossoms, and dry hopped with Citra. Think Torrential Tropical Punch, Orange Lavaburst, and Shouting’ Orange Tangergreen.
