Hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Citra.Fermented with Withelabs London Fog yeast, with a base of oats, wheat and pilsner malt. Then rigourously hopped with T90 and Cryo pellets at a rate of equal to 20g/L+.
