Vancity West Coast IPA

A simple malt bill of just barley malt, using classic American North-West Hops paired alongside a West Coast yeast strain we created our version of a West Coast IPA, we dialed the bitterness back to make it a very drinkable IPA with a big body, a bit of caramel sweetness and nice dry finish. Our brewer started his journey into craft beer while in Vancouver BC, an amazing city with an amazing beer scene, this type of IPA was most prevailent and most delicious.
