这是我们最早在大设备上完成的一款酒，GOSE将来会是我们酒款的一个重要的分支，所以我们用天津的母亲河海河来为她命名。简单的麦芽配比带来了更亲切熟悉的口感，轻微的酸味在酒中体现的恰到好处，芫荽子与海盐的加入更像是我们在游览海河途中所经历的美景。希望这款酒像母亲河海河一样伴随着我们成长。This is the first beer that we’ve brewed using very large equipment. GOSE will be an important branch of our beer in the future, so we named it after Tianjin’s main river, the Haihe. The simple ratio of malt carries with it a familiar taste, the slight sourness is just right in the beer, and the addition of coriander seeds and sea salt is akin to the beauty we experienced on our trip on the Haihe. We hope this beer grows with us like the Haihe River has.
