Essentially our Abbey Tripel, " Good Lord" further aged in an oak quarter cask with another famous Wallonian abbey yeast added for more complexity. Six months in the oak and another six in the bottle. Dry oaky and winy, Sacre Bleu may be cellared for many years.Organic pilsner malt, golden sugar, noble hops.
