The beginning of what will be a long love affair with hops. Creatively named, this is a testament to the North American hops that made us fall in love with independent beer.Old school lingering bitterness meets new school hops. Mosaic, Azacca and Idaho 7 combine to produce pine needle and tropical fruit notes. Finishes with a long gentle tropical fruit bitterness and a dry finish.
