Of the Farm: Very Berry Perry

We love making Perry, another ancient beverage made by fermenting pears. Our second Perry, made from a blend of four different PA pears from Weaver's Orchard, spent 8 months fermenting and aging before we split the batch in two. One half has resulted in this, Of the Farm: Very Berry Perry, in which we rested a ridiculous amount of donated Wild Blueberries. It presents with a deep purple color, and big berry notes on the nose. With a sip, a rich blueberry-elderberry flavor hits the palate, and then soft pear reveals itself underneath. We hope you enjoy this lovely and unique Perry.
