Double Barrel Aged Barleywine Cuvee. Our Theodore base recipe was aged in a second used rum barrel, while our Ezra base recipe was aging in a second use whiskey barrel. After a 1 year, half of each was blended in a barrel that first held Rye Whiskey, then Maple Syrup, then Rye Whiskey again. The blend rest in this barrel for 10 months. The final beer was packaged still. We recommend drink this beer decanted.
