This beer is a test drive of one of the coolest features of our new state of the art brewhouse (its capability to easily produce kettle soured beers). A light golden beer soured with lactobacillus before the addition of an outrageous quantity of peaches in the fermenter. Deep South is generously fruity and dangerously drinkable, a modern session sour beer for the ages.
