A pilsner beer (Bohemian Lager) with Saaz aroma hops from Czechia. Pils is the premium version of a lager beer, with extra body and bitterness. Opposed to the industrial Lagers, this one is unfiltered, but instead conditioned or ‘lagered’ for 45 days at 0°C. This way we contain the aromas and yet produce a naturally clear beer, which stands out with a more flavoursome taste compared to the industrial competitors. The molecule on the label is an alpha acid, which gives bitterness to the beer and is also known for its health benefits.
