Nigel and Elena Rollinson of Lower Court Farm produce some of the best cider apples in the country, and have been working with us and Dragon Orchard for a number of years. In 2018 we were delighted to make a single variety cider with them using their Katy apples, and this special release is the result. A hint of apple blossom aromatics, leading to a palate of crisp apple with a hint of red berry too. The cider is just off dry, with an almost creamy texture to the finish.
