Kölsch dry hopped with ElaniOur Woodwright Brewing Company fam are some of our favorite people to collaborate with, so we were stoked to have them back in our brewhouse recently to work on our latest project! This bright and refreshing Kölsch clocks in at a palatable 5.2%. We decided to dry hop it with a judicious portion of Elani hops to add notes of fresh pineapple, tart citrus, stone fruit, and pine all followed by a crisp and balanced bite.
