We aged it for a year in some of the best smelling Rye Whiskey barrels we've ever used! The spirit and wood help cut through the sweetness of the beer while adding layers of vanilla, baking spice, and a faint smokey char. The result is maple-caramel topped chocolate mousse with a rye old fashion.
