Our XPA is light golden in colour.Pineapple and bright citrus are backed up by a subtle background note of caramel.An approachable bitterness and medium level body are followed with a very low level coconut-like sweetness.Dry hopped with Citra and Sabro.The name is the result of scanning the suspiciously cold blooded Tom with the IR temperature gun.
