Traditional mead aged on whiskey barrels for 13 months and then smoked with applewood chips. We spent almost 2 hours running the mead through a smoked dome to absorb some delicious smoke flavor.TASTE: Delectable notes of sweet smoke, honey, vanilla, and whiskey oak.
