Champion Trophy winning beer brewed to honour the traditional style farmhouse ale from the French speaking part of Belgium. This Saison is straw gold in colour, is high in carbonation and has a refreshing acidity and bitterness on the finish. The predominant character comes from the yeast which provides a spicy, lemon and white pepper aroma. Enjoy this beer with seasonal food including dry cheeses and cured meats.
