We gave our brewer full rein on creating a beer for Oktoberfest, so he decided to make something just like him.It’s a little spicy, a little fruity, and absolutely delicious.Taking the base for a Bock – a traditional style of German beer – he has added some rye into the mix to give spicy and peppery notes, with Christmas fruit cake vibes.
