Once it warms, strong red fruit and a slight burnt barrel stave character emerges.Strong fig and stewed fruits initially fill the palate, full silky mouthfeel is complimented by an integrated bitterness. All rounded out by a subtle tannin presence from the oak that we aged the beer on helping to ensure it finishes crisp and making you looking for the next sip.
