This beer is brewed with loads of wheat malt, 90% of the total malt bill to be exact. This large amount of wheat creates a very dry beer with a fluffy mouthfeel, pretty hazy and light in color. Fermenting it with a particular, reasonably clean wild yeast creates an easy going, drinkable and refreshing wild ale with woody and citrusy characteristics.
