Описание
Named for the tapestry woven to depict the Battle of Hastings in 1066, this cider also represents a meeting of the French and the English, albeit with friendlier results. The Bayeux Tapestry cider is made from bittersweet heirloom apples: the French Binet Rouge, and the English Yarlington Mill and Ashmead's Kernel. The resulting cider is dry and structured with cohesive tannins.
