Au goût, les saveurs fruitées des houblons locaux dominent : on retrouve tout d'abord ceux apportés par le El Dorado, à savoir de l'abricot et de la cerise, puis les agrumes (pamplemousse, orange) finissent la gorgée. The body of the beer is quite round, moderately carbonated. To taste, the fruity flavors of local hops dominate: we first find those brought by El Dorado, namely apricot and cherry, then the citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange) finish the sip. The finish is rather dry, with a small touch of mint and the final bitterness persists.
