Changing Gravity is at the time of kegging, the biggest and strongest IPA we have ever made here at Brus. Clocking in at a healthy 10% ABV, this Triple IPA is the expression of a ton of experiments and experience for us.The malt bill is among the most complex of all our pale beers. It features wheat, oats, a touch of Munich and danish raw unmalted wheat for even more body. This malt bill gives us the perfect amount of sweetness to balance the beer, without being overly sweet.For the hops, we maxed out our kettle with Ekuanot and Columbus, and the dry hop features even more Ekuanot and Cryo Mosaic.This particular batch of Ekuanot, are some of the best smelling hops we have come across all year so far. We are very proud of this beer and hope you enjoy it - a ton of hard work went into it for your drinking pleasure!
