Taking one of our favourite treats as a kid, we’ve endeavoured to transform tutti fruitti ice cream into a beer. A solid sour base loaded with Amarillo and Talus is the framework for the tropical juice explosion. The sour is serious, at pH3.2 but has a minerality that keeps it all in check.This is juicy fruit chewing gum in a glass. Loaded with those tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, mango, passionfruit and banana, it’s an odd combo that seriously works. Juicy and sour, tropical and dry. Like a millennial chewing gum at a bus stop, it’s definitely better than it sounds.
