This beer is really insane. It has that thick, fruit smoothie-like consistency and the most beautiful strawberry gummy aroma.It definitely leans more sweet than tart, BUT it gets you in the back of the jaw just like when you first put a piece of sour hard candy in your mouth. (That happens to everyone, right?!)The strawberries and raspberries do a beautiful job of balancing out the juiced lemons and base sour beer.The staff consensus is that it tastes like liquid SweetTarts. Perfect timing for the impending month of love amirite?
