The base beer was first fermented with an ale yeast then barrel fermented with Bret, Lambicus, Lactobacillus & Pediococcus Cultures.then blended with smaller brews of fresh hop peat and manuka smoked malt beers.Resulting in a slightly tart and funky beer with a touch of smoke.
