What Lies Beneath is a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that sat in Elijah Craig barrels for 20 months and then conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans, Filipino cacao nibs, and coffee from our friends over at @thunder.coffee. Then for this maple version we conditioned it on maple syrup and Korintje cinnamon to add a totally different, breakfasty dimension.
